Class styles

Evening Mellow

Evening Mellow is a gentle yoga class that helps you wind down from your day and includes a variety of slow-flowing sequences, a few gently challenging poses and restorative holds to help you release tension and settle into a soothing mellow mood for the evening ahead.

Back to Basics

Back to Basics is moderately paced yoga class that includes elements of Hatha yoga practices including asana (physical movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation). You’ll be guided through slow vinyasa sequences, explore poses using an Iyengar-inspired enquiry, and calm your nervous system with restorative poses.

Yoga for Longevity is a slow-flow yoga class that will help you live a long and healthy life. This steady, grounding practice is inspired by traditional Hatha yoga and focuses on posture, alignment and breath to build strength, stability, focus and inner balance.

As you age you may notice a decline in your strength, flexibility, joint mobility or balance. That’s the inspiration for this class!

Yoga for Longevity

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes will help you strengthen your body, improve your flexibility and sharpen your focus. We’ll focus on cultivating a deep connection to your inner strength and presence. Each class offers a unique experience to help you expand your practice.

Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but if you’re a newbie that’s no problem — just give Ally a heads-up!

Soothing Slow Flow

Soothing slow flow yoga is a slow-paced, grounding class that includes gentle, flowing asana sequences, and longer-held poses that will help you strengthen, lengthen or soften and relax. Classes include pranayama and meditation. You’ll float away feeling expanded, nourished and relaxed.
