Deep dive yoga series for back health...

For a limited time I’m offering a new yoga class presented as a deep dive yoga series.

Free your spine (and the rest will follow) is an 8-week series of classes to explore how yoga can improve back health. Each class will include slow flow yoga sequences and poses, breathwork practices and the ABCs of back care. We'll also reference key elements from yoga philosophy to guide us (including Patanjali's Eightfold Path).

If you've ever suffered from back pain or are recovering from an injury, these classes are for you! If you've never experienced any back issues...lucky you!...you’ll still find ways to refresh your yoga practice.

Join us at any point during the series (but you won't want to miss any of it!).

Hatha flow

Whether it’s Hatha regular or Hatha slow, these moderately paced classes offer flowing asana sequences with a few stronger poses sprinkled in. Both Saturday classes include pranayama and meditation, with the 7:30am class including more sun salutes and options for inversions. You’ll float away feeling expanded, nourished and relaxed, ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Evening mellow

Gentle Hatha yoga - wind down with a variety of slow flowing sequences, a few gently challenging poses and restorative holds to help you release tension and settle into a soothing mellow mood for the evening ahead.

Back to basics

Gentle Hatha yoga - a moderately-paced morning class which includes slow vinyasa sequences, Iyengar-inspired poses and restorative holds along with pranayama and meditation.
